Everybody knows that skincare products can be a relevant source of toxins and harmful ingredients.
Synthetic (artificial) ingredients are absorbed into the skin, they might produce a temporary beneficial effect but with long term use, they’ll bring negative results.
The good thing is that there are so many natural ingredients that can provide real benefits and features that works better than most of the well-known existing products, which means that we can all have a natural skincare routine.
With that in mind, we’ve decided to create a range of products that will help you improve your skincare routine, achieving the “perfect skin” goal in just 3 steps!
It’s not a mystery, it’s actually very simple:
First Step - African Black Soap
The number one secret to have a perfect skin is day-to-day cleansing! Cleansing your skin everyday will allow you to eliminate dirt, make up, sweat and any other environmental pollution that can accumulate in your skin during a normal day.
The cleanser that we’re preparing for you is our well known African Black Soap, embedded with shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil to keep your skin moisturised while cleaning it! Beside the emollients, we’ll also use Grapefruit and orange essential oils, to give it a soft scent that you’ll love.
The main benefits of using this soap is that it has Antibacterial and Anti-inflammatory properties, and it’s also good for acne, scars and stretch marks.
Second Step - Rose and Aloe Vera Facial Toner
The main purpose of a toner is to tighten the skin while closing the pores. This will reduce the penetration of pollutants (environmental impurities). Toners can even protect the skin from chlorine and minerals presents into the tap water.
The toner that we’re preparing for you will have glycerine, this will give it the power to absorb moisture to the skin, due to the humectant effect. The other ingredients will be Rose water, Aloe Vera gel, Phenoxyethanol, Grapefruit essential oil and Rosemary oil.
Many of the skin toners available are alcohol based, which leads to drying out the skin and can even provoke inflammation. Our skin toner will remove all the remaining particles of your facial cleanser (our African Black Soap) and leave your skin with a cool and fresh touch.
Third Step - Moisturiser
The basic function of a moisturiser is to treat your skin by preventing it from drying. Moisturisers affect directly the stratum corneum, which is the outermost layer of the skin. They act by holding water into the stratum corneum. Moisturisers can also treat skin conditions such as eczema, acne, psoriasis… They can also offer sun protection.
Emollients and humectants play a big role in this process, they’re the ones responsible for allowing the skin to retain water leading to skin smoothness. Your moisturising routine can change accordingly with your skin type, the time of the year and the environment.
We’re working in two formulations for the facial cream, one for oily skin and one for dry to normal skin.

If you’re looking to take care of your skin, a routine is needed. You should every day, cleanse, tone and moisturise your skin.
Dead skin cells, oil, dirt, environment pollution can accumulate on the surface of your skin, day in day out. Considering this, we’ve decided to add another product to this range, a face scrub, an exfoliator.
Using a face scrub to exfoliate your skin will help you remove all the build ups mentioned above, granting your skin a clean, smooth and glowing look.
We recommend using a face scrub at least once in a week.
Considering that this product will be applied in your face, we’re preparing a soft formulation that you can use every day containing Shea butter, Almond oil, Cetearyl alcohol, Rose water, Glycerine, Phenoxyethanol, Grapefruit essential oil, Orange essential oil and Poppy seeds.
Better than having a skincare routine is having a natural skincare routine.
We are planning to launch this range in 31st October 2019.
